Bereavement Doula provides emotional, physical and informational support to family’s experiencing loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, fatal diagnoses, neonatal loss – where birth meets bereavement.
You are not alone in you journey, there are many ways that i can support you, below are some ideas but please do reach out for what ever you feel you need and i will do my best

• supporting you/your partner through the birth of your baby

• holding space for you

• collecting/organising keepsakes

• lactation services

• i will hold your hand, listen to your story, be your shoulder to cry on

• be able to communicate with close loved ones about how they can best support you

• provide resources and connect you with support groups

• help with organising ceremony/funeral

• provide in home support such as cooking meals, tidying up, lactation support

• This can all be personalised for you with the things you wish to have support with
